Very happy with purchase
Amazing product from whirlpool. Writing this review after using for a month now. Only downside of this product is it doesnât have 30 minutes wash program min other words express wash. The lowest wash time is 1hour 15 minutes. Give great wash even with tough stains. Specially the heating option is too good it helps remove any bacteria or any virus ones the clothes

Washes really well.
You’ll get a good wash for sure. However you have to fiddle with the programs and settings to get the best output.Selecting the right water level is the key.But the time taken to wash regular clothes is on the higher side. A typical wash cycle will be of an hour or so. Not noisy at all. Doesn’t vibrate much. I used the thermocol packaging material in the box as it’s base. Works well.Read the instructions manual properly. You can install it yourself. If the arrangement of water supply is ready, you don’t even need to wait for a technician. Just register the product online at Whirlpool website.

worst product and customer service
Purchased this product on 6th August 2024, it was taking 3-4 hours to just complete a simple wash and even with dry option we used have cloths in 2-3 inches of water.. raised multiple complaints within a week but the customer service was very bad… finally after around a month returned the washing machine..

Product is good, but service i.e installation is not good. Now outlet pipe is leaking(old pipe was fixed which was of old machine), service person was not able to suggest if new pipe is to fixed.

Regarding washing machine feedback
Good performance, iam using still one month over there is no any issue, but I observed while finishing moment (rotating drum fastly ) entire machine having vibration was happening, please reduce the vibration and not stable on the bottom that time only
