Awesome product but horrible service
The products are always good and as specified – value for money spent but the installation from whirlpool is always a bone-breaking task. Same thing happened with whirlpool fridge also – damaged product was replaced but the installation guy did not notice and the overall thing took too long.The noise of the machine is considerableThe buttons and selections are a little complicatedThe cleaning is awesome and so is the heating featureThe time of wash is much longer than a haier machineOverhead cost of stand and cover and tap and all is about 2-2.5kThey try to sell you a water softener thing which is not neededThe wire is very short

Get it if u really need heating
Washing machine performs well and is easy to use. I bought this machine because it has heater featre but I never actually use it. If you don’t have need for heating then save your money and get the simple one instead.

Good but not the best
We had purchased a Whirlpool topload automatic machine 6-7 years back and that started troubling so we thought of upgrading rather than repairing it as the repair cost was almost half of the cost of the new machine with 6 months warranty. Btw we had a Whirlpool stain ultra 7.2 kg top load fully automatic machine.Now coming to the new washing machine, let’s get straight to the functional aspects – the R &D have been paid loads so they had make some changes to justify their salary. The waterfall type water ingress is good to some extent but don’t get the science behind it?Secondly you have to manually set the water levels which is just by trial and error and there is no mention about anything relating to this in the manual of the washing machine.Once u start the machine the clothes are soaked in the water levels of 50-70% of the levels set by you. So the clothes are whisked by the impeller of the machine which are barely wet. After the soaking cycle the remaining water is filled and then the wash cycle is commenced.The wash quality is slightly better than my old Whirlpool machine only when we add 1 more extra spoon of detergent.Lastly coming to drying cycle, the spinning I personally felt is slightly slower as the clothes are slightly wet.Lastly all the programs are set above 40-45mins for which the reason given by the technician is that it’s for better cleaning. In my previous Whirlpool washing the express cycle would wash clothes in 30mins that too pretty clean ( the daily clothes not the dirty ones ).I have no clue what else to say rest I leave it to the wisdom of the buyer.I’m not sure if it’s same with all the companies?
