Don’t buy!! The worst piece of Technology every built!
If you’re contemplating buying this for its price point, please don’t. This useless piece of trash is not even worth 100 rs. If anything, VW should pay us to take this TV.Bought one. Most of the apps weren’t working in the initial stage. Tried to get a refund, but Amazon stipulates that only replacement is possible, that too after a technician visit. The support for VW is so bad they just refused to come.Amazon agreed for a replacement after 6-7 days and we got a replacement. Please note that for apps like Netflix, you need to use a mouse button which will give you a good nostalgia of 15 year technology. When the replacement TV somehow was panting through its existence, after a good 7-8 days, the mouse pointer stopped working and the TV started showing the message: please uninstall apps as the storage space is low.We got connected to the customer care center with a lot of trouble, and their solution is to do a factory reset. A WEEK AFTER THE TV WAS BOUGHT.If you don’t want to torture yourself please don’t buy this useless piece of trash. I have already wasted 5-6 hours of my life trying to get this antique piece to a running mode and fully expect for it to crash in another week again. Amazon refuses to take the product back, and the technician support is next to useless. This is definitely your money down the drain and if you try for a refund, Amazon will ensure that you regret your existence by making you jump through impossible hoops like a circus monkey.

Unmatchable experience at this price rangeâ¦.. No need to invest your hard earned money for the brands who will never give you any returns all those brands will give you the similar visuals which VW is offering and prices will be at least double than thisâ¦. Iâm writing this review after one month of usageâ¦. I liked the product very much and I have recently purchased the 40 inches model and gifted to my aunty! Unfortunately the remote wasnât working but here I want to specify about the excellent after sale service of both Amazon and VWâ¦. Amazon took immediate actions to replace the whole TV unit just because of the remote but due to my request that I just want remote to be replaced not the whole TV unit, they forwarded my request to VW and they contacted me today and theyâve already sent the remote to my auntâs address! Fantastic customer handling and Fantastic productâ¦.. Go for it folks!!!!!

Excellent deal but the only lack is about remote & itâs sensor quality
TV is an excellent & worth buy for this cost, however Excellent the only lack is about remote & itâs sensor quality. Itâs very difficult to use remote with the given sensor which has given on the corner (not Center). Only that thing gives a thought like would have checked it before buying.

Hi friends. I am reviewing this product after 4 months of usage. I am spending some time here to give my genuine experience with this product so that it would be useful for other people. Because I spend many hours, days to read all products reviews before purchasing a product. So I understand the pain.Overall rating : For this price its a very good product. 3.5 is the correct rating for this but as the price is very low compared to all other brand, I gave it 4.Pros:Good quality sound. No need of additional speaker.Wifi connectivity is good.Inbuild apps like youtube, hotstar, facebook, netflixEshare app for Android and also an app for IOS. During power on it will show these app names. Dont use any other app to manage the TV, bcoz it wont work perfectly.Using Eshare you can share your phone screen to TV and even to other mobile phones who are connected to the same wifi and Eshare screen mirroring. That means what ever you are doing in your phone will be viewed in TV and also in other mobiles who all are connected to same wifi and Eshare app.Using Eshare you can connect the TV to your phone. (Both phone and TV should be in same wifi. Hotspot sharing with same phone to TV will not work).Once connected to TV you can control everything via phone. Youtube, etc …..You can even use the TV without Eshare app. Need only wifi connection and with your tv remote you can type and also have a mouse button in remote which will give you a mouse icon which you can move four side using the left-right-up-down buttons.Playstore is available to install apps in TV. Not sure which all app will work.Autoconnect wifi when its available. ( Same like phone. need one time connection with password and it will remember and autoconnect).Cons:Day time picture quality is not good but when you think of price its ok. I am uploading some pics which I took from TV while playing quality videos in Youtube at night time.Forget about installation. Better to call someone and install. Or if you prefer to keep in Table stand then do it your self. I kept in table by fixing the stand ourself. The installation people called me after 2 weeks and that too from Tamil nadu. ( I am from Kerala ) 🙂
