Received 256Gb varient on ordering 512Gb at same price
I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G Green 12 GB RAM & 512GB ROM on 10-Oct-23 that has regular selling price of 1,34,999 at 1,19,799. On 14-Oct-23 I received delivery of the phone and on unboxing found it to be the 256Gb variant that sells at 1,21,999 on regular days.It was mistake of mine that placed the order without validating the seller feedback and when I finally did, I saw that they have many bad reviews all for same reason of sending 256Gb instead of 512Gb.I highly recommend staying away from this seller.Note: I chose not to return the phone as I did not want to wait anymore and since I still paid ~2k less than what 256Gb variant goes for I decided to keep it.Note 2: The phone is brilliant, it does it all that’s described and much more. Having shifted from a 5-year-old phone (Samsung A50), I see the difference of the premium being charged quiet clearly. Just FYI, before getting the phone invest in a good and solid back case as the colour, through brilliantly beautiful, is unfortunately a fingerprint magnet.

Please don’t buy samsung phone. After warranty period get over lines will come on display, automatically call dial and stuck phone display. They don’t give free service after warranty. These issues comes due to software update which they don’t agree. Samsung will decide when should change our phone.

I was slightly skeptical at first seeing some of the reviews from this supplier but after receiving the phone I can say I was impressed with the delivery time considering it came from America. From ordering it on Tuesday 11th July 2023 and shipping process started on Saturday 15th July 2013 it arrived on Tuesday 18th July 2023. That’s 3 days shipping from USA to UK! Very impressive. The boxes seals was fully intact and phone works well. Smart Switch worked perfectly taking 256 GB of Data from my S10+ to my S23 Ultra which took around 2 hours and a half hours. Phone was in prestine condition and had all accessories with it on box.
