   Value for money
   The camera zooming isn’t good, but normally the camera is just amazing. A lot of cool features and a really good processor to play games. Just Charging might be an issue, as the battery drains out real fast but it gets charged up also real fast. I got it for 28k in prime day sales and it is indeed value for money.

   Excellent except prolonged gaming
   Before s21fe SD888 256gb I have used OnePlus Nord CE2, Samsung M51, Xiomi Mi A3. So I can say I have used many different phones and not a fan of one company.So far s21fe is the best purchase ever. This is a truly value for money under or around 30k if you are looking for-1) Great media consumption (Prime, Netflix,youtube, instagram) phone with Excellent display and dolby stereo sound2) Great camera phone with telephoto lens3) Pretty good for web browsing4) Adware and bloatware free, clean UI5) It is 6.4 inch screen. Not a very big phone. One hand operation is possible.6) It has “routines” that lets you program your phone as you wish.Fairly good for gaming if you are playing for less than 30 Minutes. But prolonged gamers please dont buy due to the heating.Also charging speed slow as it is only 25 watts. Takes about an hour to charge from 20 to 100%. Battery lasts for about 16 hours with 5 hr SOT. You can use power saving mode and tweek it to increase battery life. I only charge at night so charging speed is not an issue for me.No charger included in box. Buy Samsung original charger online.Hope this helps your decision.

   Worst Purchase Ever – Defective Smartphone and Terrible Customer Service
   Pathetic response from Amazon. Never expected. Delivered faulty product which does not start at all and now refusing to return.I DO NOT EXPECT SUCH SERVICE FROM AMAZONI am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase of this smartphone from Amazon. The device arrived in a non-functional state and has never worked properly since unboxing. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through Amazon’s customer service, I have been met with nothing but frustration. They refuse to offer an exchange, refund, or repair for the faulty product.The smartphone was defective right out of the box, with no signs of physical damage that would have caused this issue. It’s a shame to see such a high-profile retailer like Amazon fail so spectacularly in handling defective merchandise. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me with a worthless product and no recourse for getting my money back.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product. If you do face any issues, don’t expect Amazon to stand behind their products or offer any support. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. Buyer beware!
