Super silent ð worth the price
Samsung is definitely amongst the best when it comes to quality white goods. This 8kg machines doesn’t disappoint you, nice & elegant. Simple to use.Has a stell drum & aluminium powder coated body. Controls are at the far end so no worries of dropping water from wet clothes. I will definitely recommend.

Good for the price range but they send a different colour
It is good as I bought it for 15.9K and value for money for other counterparts. The installation was very easy and Samsung team came in just 2 hours of the washing machine getting delivered. The colour is good but I had ordered Grey and they sent White it looks good in white as well. Iâm intending to use it for Family and 8Kg is sufficient for a family of 12 as we have another washing machine as well – good for Family Use. The washability is quick and easy

Bad product and worst service
I bought this washing machine(8kgs) in march and I have used it 5 times in 10 days and went to my hometown for a couple of months and after coming back in may, it worked fine for a couple days but it started making noise and the tub getting stuck and not moving during all the cycles.So I have complained to Samsung service center and they sent a technician the next day and he confirmed that the pub motor is not working properly and needs to be replaced. He said that it will take a week at max as they need to order the part and it needs to be delivered from Noida. I was okay with the timeline. I have waited for a week but no one called or visited. After a week there was a message saying that the part is available now and a technician is assigned for this ticket, but no one showed up. If I call the technician number in the message, he wonât pick up at all and after repeated tries for 2 days, the technician picked the call and said that a wrong part was delivered and they have re ordered the correct part and it will be delivered within 2 days. So I waited but no one called or showed up. So I called the technician again repeatedly for a day but he didnât pick up. So I called the support again and got the service center number. I called the service center and they say that the part is still not delivered at all and they donât know when it will be available. Itâs been 3 weeks and no support has been provided. The service of Samsung has degraded a lot these days.It has been a nightmare.
