Superb deal, vale for money. Got this fridge for 24,140 rupees.Very spacious fridge, with 5 in one convertible modes.Cooling capacity of this fridge is amazing with quick chill and freeze mode.Clean back which I feel is a advantage. Product was delivered safely without any damages.The installation process was butter smooth. And the service in my area is very convenient. It’s working absolutely fine even without stabilizer. But if there is fluctuations in your area use stabilizer for safety.

EXCELLENT FROST FREE REFRIGERATOR
We were using a direct cool refrigerator and the frost accumulating was giving us trouble. So, we upgraded. The refrigerator has good space and what I liked the most is temperature control for specific sections and the ability to convert the freezer to the refrigerator section when needed. The finishing etc is very good. The auto door closing could have been slightly better but it works if you don’t open the door fully and far. The toughened glass quality is very good and there have been days when we have just dumped a lot of stuff but it worked well and we have had no issues at all. The sides of the refrigerator sometimes gets hot but the technician who installed it at home told me that it is a normal thing, as the coils are hidden on the sides.

Value for Money!
I have ordered this on November 2022 and writing this review after 1.6 years.No problem what so ever!. Looks premium and large.Not sure about electricity consumption!.I recommend this if you’re looking for a double door refrigerator within 25k.

With a year i required 3 servicing
Most 3rd grade quality product do not buy from this seller he sells defective items.Within a year first the refrigerator stopped working after that the temperature control panel and now the compressor went off.The Samsung company even not showing interest to replace it.Don’t buy this refrigerator

Did not expect such poor quality from samsung
Its less than a week I received it..Product was received on time without any external damage.packing was proper..however during unpacking we found the handle cover of lower door was loose, tried to press into slot, but unable to fit it, looks the snapfit got damaged..I decided to accept it since it’s minor point.and can be solved by service person…switched on the unit after about five hours of installation as instructed by delivery person..to my surprise the compressor.noise was high..i decided to wait and watch for two days since it’s first day only..but the noise is continuing even today during operation..its same level of noise as my old Samsung fridge after ten years of usage..while cooling quality is good, the cap of upper door handle is coming out slowly with in four days of usage..see video..tried contacting samsung customer care, but no one was picking phone..now I started doubting whether Amazon sells seconds product or refurbished product…just because I got good deal including attractive exchange, is it justified to accept poor quality, ? Samsung is known for its excellent product quality..but is it same quality today? Or Amazon is trapping customers? We in india expect these appliances to work atleast ten years..we don’t keep buying same product every month or year..we Indians are more responsible towards environment than US or Europe..
