Bad experience,
Amazon experience was too bad. Firstly product was damaged in open box inspection, returned, but due to some issues at delivery end & software payment got stucked, had to escalate, after multiple mails, got the refund. Bought same product from other place n using it, product is good.

I bought this model on 11/03/2023….in the 1 year it’s panel got defective… needs to change it

Sound not good
Sound is very poor need to buy a speaker or sound bar else difficult to hear properly, not worth the price

Brightness is low. Picture is dark.
Brightness of the tv is very low and the picture is dull not bright enough. The person who came for demo said it is at the maximum and cannot be increased further. I feel Samsung TVs are the best but not this model. Better to buy another model which has enough brightness.

Horrible TV
Purchased this TV 4-5 days ago and the motherboard got damaged.Now Samsung is taking its own sweet time to replace motherboard. They won’t replace TV.Basically, they are now selling sub standard TV/old TVs which go off in short time span and then repair stuff citing warranty.Nice scam Samsung. Should have just purchased TCL

Bad deal
I bought Samsung TV. But after 3 years of use, cracked like sound started coming from its speaker and whenever the screen turns white while running black spots can be clearly seen.
