This AC gives you super cooling with great air throw. Cools the big room quickly. Connects well with your phone. Performance at best.INSTALLATION: Decently done by the Technician. 3mtr copper pile will be provided. If extra pipe needed, Technician most carries all the required addition things with him, of course at additional cost. AC wire doesn’t come with plug. U need to get it.STABILIZER: Though it has inbuilt stabilizer, always better to purchase a stabilizer. I installed VGuard ID5 Ace 5540 voltage stabilizer, from flipkart, for 5K, which is best in the market for 2ton AC. Before buying stabilizer, do ur homework on which is best for 2ton, don’t just buy what the shopkeeper suggests blindly.CONS: Built quality cam be improved & looks can be redesigned well. It made noise initially due to fitting issues, later it was sorted out by Technician.Remote is very clumsy, buttons can be made better.

After a lot of reearch bought this. The cooling capacity is awesome and instantly starts cooling the moment you switch on the AC. Many customizations available for AC cooling efficiency, air throw seed and direction as well as other smart features accessible from mobile phone. Installation service is worst
Product is good and working fine 4stars for product but after delivery installation was delayed and the person who installs was horrible no manners at all.They behave like we owe something to them and we should be greatfull that he came and installed..Be careful they will charge much more than we expect the ask double money for channel to fit.Worst experience Amazon needs to take care about them .

Panasonic after sales service is worst
Don’t buy Panasonic ACs, I made a mistakeI bought a 2-ton 4-star AC. The indoor unit makes a noise like a tik tik whole day when turned on full or in auto mode. The repairman told me to run it on medium power. See the video for proofI’ve am facing issue for the past 2 weeks. It’s not cooling properly. It’s very hot in my city and the compressor trips every 10 minutes. The compressor is in the shed. The AC is not even a year old. I called customer service, and they said that I would get a call from the local service center, but no one has called in 2 weeks. Panasonic’s service is pathetic.I spent â¹58,000 on this.I keep getting calls for extended warranties. They say, “Sir, we’ll give you a 4-year extended warranty for â¹9,500 instead of â¹12,900.” But first fix the AC!
