Two weeks laterAC is too damn good for its price and category.feature packed.perks :-cooling is phenomenally quick. ( I’ve a 220 sqft bedroom, ideally 2ton was suitable but trust me 1.5ton substantially delivers a great performance )Has Ai feature which gathers all temperature information from indoor & outdoor unit, and selects the cooling temperature accordingly. ( i don’t have to manually control AC at all, personally its really fantastic, i leave the AI mode on all the time even at night. )MiraI App, love this feature almost makes the remote useless for me, through app you can control the ac entirely, also it will give you consumption data as well, not sure is it totally reliable or not, but wont hurt to have a general idea about usage.smart assistant, works seemlesly with amazon alexa.Coolingi honestly have nothing more to add on its cooling efficiencyjust so coooool , its very quite as well, certainly you wont be bothered by it.i leave my ac on all night ( simultaneous use of 6-8 hours should be enough, more than this is not favourable in long run. )warranty, Panasonic promises industry standard warranty ( you can register for the warranty on the app itself ).am opting to not use stabiliser because this device is capable of handling voltage fluctuations upto 290V~ which is sufficient to handle any sudden fluctuation, considering my city does not has such hight amount of fluctuation scenario.Outdoor uniti’ve chosen to fix it right outside my bedroom, which is an ally with good airflow and space, plus OD unit requires shade to perform efficiently.so the noise is darn optimal, not too loud or noticeable ( of course am saying from the inside )customer supportinitially there was a week long delay, had to call the customer support twice to inform them, ( i totally understand since it was peak of the summer and the technician’s were quite packed with work, surely this will vary city to city. please kindly choose to be cordial with CS & technicians )they promptly resolved the matter. so yes the after sale support of Panasonic was good and quick.design is okeishdosen’t has different appeal, just same Ac appeal.Things to rememberif this is your first Ac installation then a must read ( if not, skip )before installation gather as much information about the process as you could, just a cautionary step ( sometimes technicians are prone to do sh**tty job )do not unpack the product on your own, advisable to be done in the presence of technician.at the time of installation keep your attention on the process, if they miss any step remind them instantly.common step to look out for is vacuuming of the unit, they will try to skip it, it’s a safe side thing you get it done anyhow.mind you the power cable is not provided due the preferential need of end users requirement, so use a three core 2.5mm wire or as your technician will guide you so. ( use good quality board for the plug, preferably thereâs a designated Ac board available from various companies. )make sure the indoor unit is fixed slightly tilted towards the drainage pipe outlet. ( avoids the possibility for indoor leak ) 3″ inch space is minimum to be left above the ac unit, ( indoor ) for air intake.if possible have your indoor & outdoor unit fixed in close proximity, its better for cooling efficiency.installation costed Rs 2400 ( Rs 1200+GST, and OD unit stand Rs 999 ) excluding material and electrical work ( this is up to your requirement )fixed cost might vary according to state-state.rest is ð cool.hope this helps ð.

Product is excellent as always
Pros:This was my fourth Panasonic AC. All other are working excellent with great cooling, no leakage including two of them are more than 5 years old now.Having all 5 Star Inverter ACs. I have used Hitachi, LG, Daikin, Samsung. Believe me Panasonic cooling is far better than those. I had to run it @30* in my 4 ACs which are on Ground Floor, while the one on Top Floor it runs mostly@ 29*. No complaints on cooling part whatsoever.Air filtration is good with PM 2.5 in older models and now even better with new models.Smart ACs practically with Operation via Mobile App. Can operate remotely from anywhere. Newer one connects with Alexa with voice commands and ofcourse with Google Assistant. Energy consumption data is there to keep an eye (you won’t even need that, most of them are always running @20% capacity after 1-2 hours)It runs @ 110% when during initial 30-60 minutes depending on how much hot & humid the weather is, then decreases gradually like 100-80-60-40-20. Sometimes during less heat it runs @0% with only fan running providing comfortable temperature.Cons:Panasonic Service is extremely pathetic. They don’t even know about their own models enough. Neither they know about smart features nor about Air Filtration.Never had to claim warranty so don’t know about warranty claim. But during 1st year service they seems to have no idea and just do basic cleaning like washing the net.Installation experiences are mixed. Some were good, orhers were worst. Better to stay at home when the installation guys come for it. In one of my AC they kept the cardboard protection behind the outdoor unit. So had to use it on 24-25* for first month. Then raised complaint and found they haven’t removed it.Found Daikin, LG best in Installation as well as service.Noise is a little high compared to LG. LG is too silent. This one makes some noise during initial 20-30 minutes. Still on quite mode its louder. You will gradually get used to it.Overall: 4/5If you can take care of Installation & Service (3rd Party services like UC are there but still better to go with company in first year) go for it. Product is excellent

Superb ac
Ac is working perfectly. Easily use from the app. Cooling is perfect. Service is good. But one thing is if u change anything it gives beep sound. We can not mute that sound. We will worry if It will disturb small kids. To the company.. pls try to give mute that sound with the latest software update
