Red line on the screen
I bought the MSI GF63, but it arrived with a red line on the screen, indicating a defect. This issue makes the laptop unusable. Iâm requesting a replacement as the current unit is of poor quality and has wasted my time.Life ki sabse badi galti ye laptop purchase krna

Screen goes blank some times and system get hanged.
Screen goes blanck and system get hanged while working with any file. While plugging in adapter also, screen goes off. I called to cutomer care, they assigned a technitian but he check online only and informed me that laptop has an hardware issue but he submitted the report as resolved. Then even i am strugling to replace the item.

Hinge breaks and no replacement charger
The hinge breaks easily. This laptop uses a charger that is not available anywhere. Not even on msi website or on Amazon. Do not buy.
