    Best affordable OLED
     – Got LG A2 48″ TV during great India festival sale for 53200. I think it is a pretty good deal for an OLED considering Nano Cell and Micro Led TVs cost somewhat similar for this size. Though others have their own advantages in terms of brightness, but this tv perfectly suits my surroundings which does not have too much of direct sunlight. Even in brightly lit room, brightness does not seem less to that point I can complain about it. Before buying this TV, I checked the showroom and they didn’t have this same model but they showed C3 costing about 1,04,000 for 48″. I can say C3 is definitely brighter than this one has slightly better crispness in picture quality, it also had gaming features which some people may require. As I am not a gamer, and use TV for entertainment purpose, I don’t mind much about absence of 120Hz and other gaming features in A2. C2/C3 will be definitely better if you do game and put your TV in brightly lit room but that comes at about twice the cost, which only few people might require. A2 is a good value proposition for an OLED if you are looking for TV primarily for watching shows and movies.- Sound is decent enough and fit for general purpose. Previously I had very simple Samsung LED tv that was 10 years old. So sound is definitely a bump up over that in terms of clarity and depth. AI sound pro features gives a surround sound effect.- this TV has webOS that has cursor/pointer which I find very helpful navigating over the buttons. It has almost all the apps that one may require like. However, I do watch F1 and absence of F1TV app on WebOS was a bummer, but I do watch it through browser which is fast and play content smoothly so not an issue. You can go for it you do not care about gaming features, brightness is ample and should be enough for most people imo. Otherwise you can go for A3 or C3 depending upon your budget.

    Amazing entry level OLED TV
The picture quality is stunning and that is expected from an OLED TV, this TV is known for low HDR peak brightness, ~500 nits but its easily viewable in day time as long as you don’t have too many windows open. HDR movies must be seen in dark environment to get the blinding HDR highlights, its amazing! Had an amazing experience watching movies on this, HDR was jaw dropping in certain scenes. The more expensive LG C2 model gets 2x brighter than this TV, surely it will provide better details in dark scenes but its also way more expensive. This TV will wow anybody that has only used a basic LED TV or any older TV.Cons :The speakers on this TV are really bad for watching movies (most TV speakers are anyways) but dialogues are hard to hear/understand at times. I would not recommend using the TV speakers for movies or shows, upgrade to a decent pair of bookshelf speakers when you can, something like the Edifier R1280DB, R1700BT, JBL Studio A130 etc, don’t waste your money on a cheap soundbar, or any soundbar really, just use speakers like the one I mentioned, they will sound wayyy better, no comparison.Anyways, the TV is amazing in terms of picture quality, only con would be the mediocre inbuilt speakers, apart from that, I highly recommend this TV, go for it!

    OLED TV in QLED price
This is cheapest OLED TV available in the market. Some things I have noticed:- Brightness for HDR content is awesome- Peak brightness for SDR content is okay but does leave something to be desired especially if you have turned on one or more lights- Speakers are good and clear. Probably pretty good considering it has only two of them.- LG TV OS is okay. Most apps are present and boot times for TV are enviable. App switching is also super fast.- Colors are just awesome- Blacks are awesome (this is an oled, these are supposed to be awesome in oled)- Love the dark scenes in content especially movies- Default modes are trash, make sure to set it to cinema mode for both audio and video. You may try filmmaker mode too.My rating:for picture quality I would rate it 8/10 (2 points deducted for low brightness in non-HDR content)for built in audio I would rate it 5/10 (you will need external audio especially a subwoofer to enjoy this tv)Overall and considering price point 8/10

Great picture quality – Excellent value for day to day use
Purchased this after a bit of confusion between this and the C3 – went for the A3 since I won’t be using it for gaming (so I wasn’t expecting the FPS to be a pain point). Glad that I did !Ended up costing me 69k using the ICICI Amazon Pay card during the Prime Day sale, which I think makes it great value for money. Some users have expressed concerns about the brightness (since A3 does not belong to the evo series) but I did not find this lacking in any way. We use it in bright as well as dim environments and there seems to be no problem with the picture brightness and the clarity at all.All in all, an excellent purchase made more delightful by the Prime Day offer.LG reached out proactively and sent someone for the installation, which was a breeze.
