Best washer and dryer
I am writing this review after one month of usage of this product itâs really good with respect to all aspects very loses noise and has very good wash quality, I felt its value for money itâs also good at energy efficiency

Nice machine
Its a dark horse which looks beautiful. Turbo cycle for 39 minutes is good for most cases however if we go for wash + dry cycle then it takes around 4 hrs. My bedsheets were completely dry and steam removes any kind of smell. Cleaning is also good as expected.It was good deal at that price.

Worst Product Ever! Buy this at your own Risk
I order this product and on the day one it arrived I got an IE error on the washing machine. The funny part is the technician instead of doing the demo was going on upselling the other irrelevant products. I informed him that I am getting this error. And he says that could be just a small issue and he escalated it to another guy. The second guy came and he dismantled the brand new washing machine. And he said it’s a one in a million issue. This hardly occurs. Apparently the electric supply from the main mother board.I immediately demanded I need a full replacement of the product and I am not settling for anything less. Then his senior manager calls me and informed me saying they can replace the motherboard. After I informed them I will take legal action and I escalated the matter to the CEO of LG then they agreed for a replacement.Till now the new product is not delivered. Apparently it will take 8 to 10 working days to deliver it. I have fully paid for the product and I have to sit and wait for this.Please don’t order from LG.

Poorly engineered product
I was very excited when I purchased this machine. Unfortunately this turned out to be poor decision. Biggest issue with this machine is vibration. It vibrates so much that it moves from one place to another. Called LG technician who wasn’t able to fix this completely and said it is inherent problem with this machine. He also attributed to rubber gasket problem in a brand new machine! To my surprise apparently it isn’t covered by warranty. This is absolutely unethical practice. I won’t ever buy any LG product.

I purchased an LG washing machine , and I’m incredibly disappointed with its performance. The machine produces an excessive amount of noise, especially during the 1400 RPM spin cycle, reaching a staggering 80 decibels according to video evidence with a decibel meter. This noise level is not only disruptive but also concerning, potentially causing hearing damage and disrupting peace in your household.
