Good Laptop. Great performace
I’ve been using this Laptop for about a Month now and I’m really impressed with its performance. The laptop’s response time is good. No lagging even if I’m performing multiple tasks at the same time (16 GB ram). The battery life is good. It’s giving me a decent 4 to 4.5 hours of back up. The laptop is light and compact so it’s easy to carry it around.The only thing that I think this laptop is lacking is a 4K display. Currently this laptop has full HD. But for the price we are paying for this laptop, it should have come with a 4K display.All in all, a very good laptop for your day-to-day work.

Delivered defected product
I was exciting to receive product but unfortunately got OS defected product delivered. OS is not getting ON & asking to do BIOS setting for new laptop. Actually, should provide proper license OS & along MS-Office but here we don’t have OS itself working then how can use this product.In Amazon some of vendors cheating to customers by showing good product & delivering low, cheap quality or defected product to customers. Why this is happening with customers & we are taking from our hard earned money right & this is fraud buisness won’t run forever.Amazon should find such vendors & put some penalty bcoz Amazon losing trust day by day.

I have been using Lenovo laptops from last 10 years. I bought it for personal use and it is awesome.overall performance is good.initially OS was corrupted but I repaired it by downloading windows 11 ISO from Microsoft site.

Great battery support
I just love this laptop. It has almost 6 hours+ battery back up while using youtube and other things are as good as promised by lenovo. The only problem was with the amazon delivery agent who Ask for the OTP even before I could open the box and check the product. Which is against the Amazon delivery policies.
