    Is specifications are true?
Battery is decent, display is excellent, JBL sounds are very good, multitasking is smooth, if you already use 60hz display then it’s refreshrate doesn’t matter for you, notes making is also good if you are a student don’t think just buy it.

    Beautiful device
For someone having iPad Pro m2 as daily driver , just wanted to test how android is , just bought Lenovo p12 tab. Been an ios n iPad os user since 1 y 5 month , forever an apple user but experimenting with other oses, now Lenovo p12 has a great screen , nice battery , and a good performance, it’s the screen n battery why someone might use Lenovo p12 , not gonna compare it to my iPad Pro screen but still it’s good I’m happy 🙂

Lowest tier Customer Support to be expected
The tablet froze even before it completed one month from the time of purchase. Here’s how the customer support is – You call a standard helpline and they’ll ask you to dial another toll free number instead of transferring the call within their own company. Then the IVR has a strange set of options that does require you to go through the whole set of options over again and at the second or third layer of each option is the specific department. I’ve had to call 4 different numbers who asked me to call the previous department. With the IVR as such and the Customer service representatives trying to get you off of their neck, and the fact that they operate from 10 to 6, Mon to Fri only, and having to explain each personnel the whole story because they’ve gotten you reach out to another department, it really gave me MENTAL PAIN.Then, here are the issues I found -The pens are 4k each, only available with Lenovo.com but you’ll have to purchase a whole new pen if you need extra nib. There is one spare nib included which easily gets worn out if you’re using a screen protector because the screen is otherwise prone to scratches.Secondly, if you don’t buy an extended warranty at the time of purchase which no one tells you about, Lenovo Customer Support does not help you get one because it’s not their policy. This itself was enough to tell me how serious they are. There is a no to every question you ask them to help you with. No one is able to give solutions. And the tab freezes within a month. Unpredictable machine.Compare this to Samsung and tell me if you face any of these issues. These guys are not serious and won’t take accountability for your loss of money which in my case is 40k. It was stupid of me to go with their previously known face value and to trust them without reading reviews. It is seriously prone to freezing and the IVR itself starts with if your tablet is frozen… Dial 1.I would’ve gone for another tablet if I’d known about their support issues.Lastly, you’d see ads of Lenovo saying that they’re going green to support the ecosystem, but when I ask them to take back and refund their pens they’re like it’s not possible and it rather be turned to e-waste.Lenovo downscaled and downgraded without notice. That 40k was hard earned money invested for my professional work.
