I bought is laptop and it’s motherboard died in 14 days ….. But it’s performance is good but if the laptop won’t last there is no point

Best Processor and RTX
Recived a day back,Pros:-For now the system looks faster and smooth. No lag, no heating.-Will try to play games and provide more information on performance and heating.-The speakers sound quality was ok, not too high or too low.-Good bright display.-Airvents are placed fully behind.-got 3 months xbox subscription.-lifetime validity MS office and win os 11.-The front camera was medium quality.Cons:Should have given 1TB SSD.The laptop was a good weight.More updates on usage :- Good brightness 300 nits.- Color saturation was good and 100%SRGB.- Heat Fans are located back, so when connecting cables please look out it might get warm.(power cables, mouse etc).-Fan noise was moderate when compsred to other products. Can hear clearly the voice and game sound effects from laptop speaker while gaming.- If gamers need to have bigger SSD.- played Vallahala, gta5, GOW5 with ultra setting without any issue.-Temp reaches to 70-73 degree while gaming.At times the very mild heat would reach upto upper half of keyboard.-coding on this laptop was also smooth and crisp.- i have observed there a slight wooble of monitor. If you work near a strong blow fan or cooler you will notice or else you dont find it as a downside.Note: Dont use laptop placing on your body while playing.

Beware of the laptop dying issues
“Update – I think my laptop’s motherboard just died as I was playing Hogwarts legacy firstly it crashed the game after a game update twice and then the laptop power went off now if I’m connecting it to even power cord it’s not turning in nor the light indicator at the laptop power socket turns on, I feared this and it has happened now, please help me how I should proceed further for either motherboard replacement or refund””Yes this is me and i have replied to you on Instagram, I will share the details here too, My laptop was delivered on 23rd of last month and i used it barely for like 4-5 days and i was playing GTA 5 and the power cut off suddenly, the power button wasn’t working, the keyboard lights display or the power button or charging lights nothing would respond, I will try to get a full refund and if not possible then would try to get the motherboard replaced under warranty””My loq (i7 14th +4060) was delivered on 4th may, yesterday it just randomly shut down and wouldnt boot again. I contacted lenovo and sent them email proof Hopefully, my charger died and i didn’t notice or else the motherboard died and thats a pain”” Bro my LOQ just died , nothing works ? They are sending a technician ð “” My loq 2024 died on 9th…. I got it on 25th April.. I took it from reliance digital… Within 14 days it died…. Refund under process and will buy legion “
