Don’t buy HP PRODUCTS can’t claim warranty product will get damage with in year
Please don’t buy HP LAPTOPS no warranty if any damage. I purchased this LAPTOP in October 2023 for Rs.50,000/-, now I.e Aug 2024 a white spot appeared on screen. I contacted the HP team for this and they checked online and told me it’s not possible to rectify online our team will come back. OK after 2 days they called me told this will not come under warranty. So I asked then how they sent me a quotation of 11,097/- rupees to rectify that dot. This is my experience in within 10 months after purchasing this low class HP laptop. I have all the documents, mail and also recordings but helpless now. I have to spend 12000/- to rectify. Please check all warranty rules and purchase. But they will give cheap class damaged products. It will not lasts you even 1 year.
