Display and Battery life Sucks
I bought this laptop for my sister for her college purposes but after using it for 2days I can tell the battery discharged quickly. you hardly ever get 3hrs for regular use. The display is the worst part here. My Lenovo laptop is far better than this. It has the same specification. Also, if you plan to claim “BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER” forget it because the particular supplier is not registered or Partnered with them. So you won’t get this benefit. It’s just a Scam!even the keyboard quality is not up to the mark.

Not Good Build quality
Within just 1 week of use these minor cracks on the side has appeared. Bought HP thinking of build quality such a disappointment. Will never buy this brand again. I am sure there will be no response from HP on this.

Looks like metal but it’s low quality Plastic which feels like plastic and It can only be used for 2 to 3 hrs if u doing office work after full charge
