Best bang for buck at this price range
This tv has been great so far. I bought it after watching numerous reviews. I even directly compared it to some Bravia TVs at this range and even slightly higher. The picture as well as the sound quality blows everything else (again, at this price range) out of water.Display: the mini led panel is crisp and vivid. Sometimes it gets so bright that I have to squint, despite my living room being pretty well lit. I have a ps5 hooked up to it as well, and after some tweaking the picture quality was amazing. Though keep in mind that turning on freesync reduces the max brightness quite a bit, though it’s not necessary to have it on.Apps and UI: the tv comes with its own OS. The one advantage it provides over android is cold boot time. The tv boots up very quick. It has all the popular OTTs.Sound: I was really surprised by how good it sounds, the inbuilt subwoofer really helps. It sounds rich and deep.Build quality: it’s built well, the bezels are thin, and the backside is a combination of metal and good quality plastic.Delivery and installation: the delivery experience was smooth, the same people installed the tv. The installation process went without a hitch.

    Best ULED 4k Mini-LED TV
I’m totally satisfied with the purchase of this magnificent 4k smart TV.At first it was really hard to select the TV in this budget range, there are so many options to go for but this I like the most because the features and specifications it is providing and with so budget friendly (when I purchased).I would like to mention the features I like the most:1- The picture quality- Seriously, here I would like to compare it with Sony, it really gives a tough compitition to Sony’s picture quality.2- The sound quality – I love the sound quality, everything is so beautiful equalised and I never feel the output is low . There is one specific feature which help to prevent a sudden change in sound raise, if you disable it, then you will hear the loudness and the bass is really good.3- The OS (Vidaa)- The OS is very smooth and responsive. It starts and close in less then 5 sec which I feel a very good optimisation with the OS. I didn’t feel any lag in between switching the apps, now it almost have all the apps including Hotstar and Jio cinema, which some says it doesn’t come up with.4- Remote and Voice assistance – I love the remote and it’s back-lighting feature, it glows so cool in the dark. I really like the limited and useful buttons configuration, it really makes a remote lite and easy to operate, response is very quick, connectivity is both IR and Bluetooth, both remote and TV have Mic and there is a physical button in TV for enabling far field mic and it’s very active.5- Connectivity (Network and external device) – TV comes with Wifi and Bluetooth support and I think Bluetooth is only for remote connectivity (I may be wrong) but for the external device, I’ve connected my 2Tb HDD and it’s working fine and the player support almost every audio & video format.I haven’t tried the gaming on this TV but soon I will and I know it’s going to be super thrilling.

    Good value for money product
Happy with amazon fast delivery. Product got delivered within 1 day. HISENSE TECHNICIAN were also very helpful and did good job. Believe me TV is excellent. Contrast and colour reproduction is brilliant in this Tv. Black looks black unlike other Tv’s where you see dark greyish (of-course you can’t compare with OLED Tv’s). 4k upscaling is ok ok, sound quality is good enough for mid size living room. You won’t regret while watching HDR and Dolby content. Overall good and value for money product.

Disappointed with Hisense 55U7K TV: Screen Failure After Just 50 Days
I purchased the Hisense 55U7K TV with high hopes for a reliable and quality viewing experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing. After just 50 days of use, the screen suddenly stopped working, leaving me with a useless television set and a feeling of frustration. To make matters worse, the customer service experience with Hisense has been less than satisfactory. Contacting their support team proved to be a frustrating ordeal. Despite providing proof of purchase and detailing the issue at hand, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. They don’t have any service center in Bangalore and they are relaying on third party service provider and their is no proper resolution for ticket raised. they closed ticket without any update. The technician recognized the display fault and documented it with photos and videos. They assured me that obtaining approval for a replacement from Hisense, due to the visible issue in the documentation, wouldn’t be a problem, and I’d receive the replacement within a week. A week later, upon contacting customer care for an update, I was surprised to find that the ticket had been closed, claiming there were no issues with the display. After escalating the matter, they agreed to reconsider the replacement. Unfortunately, a week later, the response remained the same. I forwarded the attached photos via email, and their support team physically verified and confirmed the display issues. It’s puzzling how the team responsible for approving replacements failed to notice these issues. In addition to the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning screen, the lack of support and assistance from Hisense has only added to my disappointment. As a consumer, I expect better reliability and customer service from Hisense.Overall, my experience with the Hisense 55U7K TV has been extremely disappointing. The premature failure of the screen, coupled with the lack of adequate support from the manufacturer, has left me feeling disillusioned and dissatisfied with this product. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their decision before investing in this television set.

Everything about this TV is amazing. Couldn’t be happier. I don’t know why people hate on VIDAA OS. It’s genuinely super fast and snappy, has all the apps you could ever want, and even has a mobile app that lets you use your phone as a remote, mouse and keyboard that makes browsing so easy. It gets a little laggy once in a while after leaving a lot of apps open, but once you clear the cache (or unplug and replug your TV) it goes back to being snappy. The audio on this TV is incredible. I thought I would have to buy a sound bar immediately, but I don’t think I’ll get one any time soon.Last but definitely not least – the picture quality is stunning. This looks almost as good as the super expensive OLED TVs, without the drawback of a high price and things like screen burn in. The TV gets incredibly bright, the different picture modes are absolutely awesome. I almost prefer this TV over a real cinema.Every feature that they advertise is true, this is genuinely the best TV you can get for the price.

Picture quality: 10/10 – considering the priceSound quality: 8/10 – there’s a subwoofer at the back of the tv for the extra bass. Again considering the price. LolGaming: 9/10 – a designated gaming menu and its 144hz, though ps5 supports only up to 120hz.Operating system: 1/10 – viddaa!!! I hate it. Google OS is much betterOverall: 8/10 – You can’t go wrong with this TV, buy it
