Best laptop with 13th gen i7 evo
Those specs are not for fun. Very bright and high quality SDR display, fast LPDDR5 ram, 1 TB SSD, 13 gen i7 1360p with evo, and good battery life, do not compare with mac battery life, but it gives 7-8 hr battery backup on full brightness and continuously high useses on performance mode. Stereo waves pro maxx audio is great with high clearity and base. This device is a beast for professional office user also for student. Did gaming with it , device heated up little while gaming but cooled down within 2-3 min, beautiful aluminium sturdy body with strong airflow fans. Do not regret buying it in place of MacBook m2. But this is not a gaming laptop so buy a gaming laptop if gaming is priority. This is a professional laptop just through any high end software at it it will run smoothly without any lag. Dell is my favourite brand for over a decade and they still maintain their high quality, really happy with this

The most pathetic Laptop I ever bought
None of the USB ports were working when the laptop arrived. I tried updating the drivers and spoke to Dell technical support but no success. Dell has replaced the motherboard after their technical support raised a request, which for a brand new laptop is a shame. I am unable to understand what kind of QC was done when the laptop moved out of the factory, least to mention it is a premium model from the inspiron series.Apart from the above disaster, this laptop heats up like anything and the fan keeps running continuously all the time. This is with usual tasks like browsing and all and nothing heavy. Overall this laptop is sleek, lightweight and powerful however the quality of materials used is not good and doesn’t justify the price. The only good thing is that Dell support is prompt to solve issues without much hassle.

Pre loaded software not activated
While the the listing mentions a lifetime license to Microsoft Office 21, the activation key is not included and I’ve had multiple calls with amazon customer service who have done anything but solve the issue, even failed to understand the issue

Dell premium value for money
The laptop is a beast. The benchmark is around 8k for single core and 900 for multi core which I felt very less as per standards but may be mine is underclocked.
