Damaged product delivered
Laptop delivered with scratches on it. Amazon packaging was good.Update after 2 month usage. New windows 11 update received. System became more stableDisplay WVA display giving good contrast. HDR compatibleBuilt: reasonable for the price, hardware built better than i3 hp , lenevo, hp asus and acer.Keyboard ok, could be better. Illuminated keyboard willbe apprecated.Good Performance, but ram is just 2666mhz only, not 3200One open hdd slot and 1 Ram slot available.Battery 41wh2 hours on heavy use,around 6 hours plus on office work.Sceptical about hinges, previously there were issues with hinges, not sure about the current situation.No type c port.I conducted a detailed study amoung i3 laptops before purchasing, and finalised between hp and dell. Only dell has ssd heat sink, see the pic attached.Overall good buy. Recommended

Branded Product!! Best Deal Ever!! JUST GOT FOR IT!!!! DELL ROCKS!!
I am writing this review after using this product for almost 2 months now,I got this Laptop in the Diwali sale and after bank discount i paid about 37500/-. Now talking about the laptop It was an excellent deal here at amazon. I am Fully satisfied with the product, using this everyday for little bit of work and for entertainment, battery lasts pretty decent, This comes with 512gb SSD which provides a fast performance, the build quality of laptop is also good, hinges are so strong. I think at this price point it is a total value for money considering that its Dell Brand.

Don’t buy Dell laptops online, very poor service.I buy this laptop online after 6 months laptop display has damaged( laptop is under warranty period).When i called to Dell service centre to replace the display they told me that the display is not under warranty.Actually my warranty period is upto 31 Oct 2023.
