    Product is good but installation service is too bad
    After one and half month use of this AC I’m going to write the review about this.First of all the cruise AC three star 1 ton and five star 1.5 ton are both are very good performing airconditioner in this affordable price and I like it.Secondly I have too much horrible experience in my two AC installation service which I never had before and never expected .First Installer called me after sixth day of recieved the product and came next day to find the location of installation and after that no call no contact.2nd person called just after tenth day of delivery and the return window remain closed. This second Installer asked me to come next day, but This next day is never returned . Then I called Amazon Customer Care Service, they are very cordial and helped me very much.By the help of Amazon Customer Care and the seller after all the third person from (T S Cooling Centre) called me and came two young guys to install the product , but this TS cooling centre taken absurdly abnormal charges, and no receipt have been given .But ultimately installation had been done .

    I have been using Cruise’s fixed speed ACs for the past 2 years, and am extremely satisfied with the brand. Recently purchased the 1.5 ton inverter AC (5 star model) after careful consideration.In terms of performance, the cooling efficiency is impressive and the unit operates quietly, which adds to the overall comfort. Further this AC is its cost-effective when compared to other brands with similar capacities and star rating. The installation was also hassle free.Would recommend this model for its performance and great value for money!!

    Pretty good Convertible AC
    Installation: The min amount was 1399 + gst = 1500, and few accessories like the plug, drain pipe and the bracket stand for outdoor unit; ac didn’t come with the plug, so additional charges for plug and copper pipe if need be. now the ac comes with 10 ft of copper pipe with no drain pipe. Copper pipe was quoted to me at ₹300/ft and ₹200/ft for the drain pipe, i didn’t need additional copper pipe,10ft was enough. The bracket was quoted to me at ₹850 which I also didn’t need since I kept the outdoor unit in the window grill, total installation cost was ₹2300.Cooling: this ac cools pretty quickly, the best feature in this is the convertible mode which converts it into .6T, .7T .9T AND 1T so usually 0.6T is enough for one person thereby saving energy.Noise: it’s actually quite, like it won’t bother you a bit.Remote: controls are very straight forward, no issues there.Swing: like most ACs this does have a swing but does not have a Airflow control on the remote, airflow can only be set manually from just above the swing on the indoor unit, you’d physically push it and adjust the airflow, that’s the only con I found.

    Cruise AC Very Nice product
    I so purchased this AC on the 28th of July and today is 17 Aug it is working wonderfully, also the installation guy was fitted nicely as you can see in the image I uploaded.I recommend this product for 2-year use and then you can always purchase a new one with an exchange offer which can give you at least Rs.4000/- off. for 1ton AC.
