Quality Ac at a budget price tag
I needed a budget Ac for office purposes. I found this cruise AC at suitable price, however I was hesitant to buy since it seemed like a new brand in the market. But I was wrong, I found this to be a very old brand making commercial Acs since a long time. They have started making consumer Acs around 2-3 years ago. It is an Indian brand.Now coming to the product, these are pros-1. Compact Ac and good looking2. Quality is at par with more recognised brands3. Cooling capacity can be varied from 0.8 ton-1.6 ton which is great for office needs4. Cooling performance has no issues, it is cooling the room at quick pace5. Remote is easy to use and has large display.6. Installation was done efficiently in a tricky place& cons-1. Since it is a less known brand, long term performance is yet to be tested2. Installation can be a little expensive as I paid Rs 3200 + additional components i purchased for Rs 3000, including stabilizer, Power plug and connecting wire3. The vent of the indoor unit is somewhat small, which could have been largerOverall, I am happy with my purchase, since I got this Ac at Rs 25,500 only with bank discounts. I would suggest you to do your own research before buying, but yes this product is quite good, if not better than more known brands.

Good product, dodgy installation/ service partner in Delhi
This is my 2nd Cruise AC purchase in as many years. The product itself is solid and has not given any problems so far. The AC looks stylish, cools quickly, is electricity efficient and is far more economical than other brands.However, I have had problems with the installation/ service partner in Delhi on both occasions. While the technicians are good and the service is quick, some of their practices are unethical, like charging 4-5 times the market rate for parts (like copper pipe, drain pipe etc.) and wanting to levy unjustified extra charges if you get the parts on your own. Both times, I’ve had to reach out to the Cruise Area Manager who intervened and sorted out the issues, but the issues really shouldn’t have occured in the first place. Hence I’ve reduced 1 star, otherwise the AC is perfect.

Good price — Go for it — Chilling nicely and quickly, but remote has issues
Consumes about 1.5 units to 2 units per hour depending on the humidity and hotness.Pros:- Bought it at reasonable price = 29490 INR- 1.5 ton ac, chills my living room quickly and nicely.- Nice packaging- ac quality is good at the price offered.- worth the money.Cons:- you need really experienced technician, as it takes time to install it.- has remote issues. (remove battery and place it back to make it functioning again. But removing battery cover is not easy of remote.)- No air swing, I mean if you are sitting right below the ac, you would not get chilled air until the entire room is chilled.
