Please don’t buy this washing machine. They have the worst customer service. I bought this washing machine, and within a week, it stopped working. It turned out to be a very faulty product. I wanted a replacement, but Amazon required a Bosch service agent to confirm the fault first. The Bosch agent took days to arrive and, even after confirming the issue, did not give approval for the replacement. This caused a month-long hassle before Amazon decided to return the product and refund my money.Bosch customer service is the worst. They are unresponsive and ineffective, even when you raise a service request. Unfortunately, I also bought an extended warranty from Bosch, costing thousands of rupees. After returning the washing machine, Bosch refused to refund the warranty amount. It took me three to four months of constant follow-up to get my money back.I’m sharing this review after four months of dealing with Bosch’s terrible customer service. The amount of stress it caused me is beyond any explanation!Their products might be good, but if you encounter any issues, don’t expect any support. They’ll keep you waiting indefinitely with no resolution.

Be vigilant while exchanging the old device
Recived the product in good condition within 2 days. Have not started using the machine but at the outset want warn all about fraud taking place while exchanging old product. The delivery executive was supposed to deliver the product and take my old product after seeing if it’s working or not. Remember they are no experts. However to my ill fate I was told that my old machine has some issues as a result the exchange value has been reduced and I have to pay difference amount and I paid. On contacting the call center I was told that the delivery executive does not have the power to reduce the value. I was tricked, hope those who are reading will be vigilant against this fraud.
