Decent performace for the price, customer care is okay
Liked the size and weight, appearance can be a bit better with respect to the logo, laptop lookwise is good. Charging is a bit slow but i think it better for battery longevity. Boots up real fast. Has 1 mini Hdmi port, sd card slot, 3 usb ports, 3.5mm jack and ethernet port. Battery lasted for about 4 hours. Charger is small like a normal 12v adapter. Using for presentations, ppt and excel with occassional movie watching.

Just don’t go for it- reviewing after one year
The Laptop has sound issues and the keyboard stopped functioning on the ninth month.The after sale support service is pathetic. They would say they are sending engineer within 48 hours but even after repeated reminders no one arrives and finally the support person doesn’t take call or disconnects the number.After one year the keyboard has totally become dysfunctional, system has bevome very slow and there’s sound issue. Please note the laptop was only used by my son for his school. No games played or movies watched ever.

A good laptop for its price. Do not buy – Review after one year
The keyboard has stopped working just one year after the purchase. The sound had stopped emitting earlier, but as it is not needed, I did not look further into it. As the issue seems intentional, I am taking the matter to ministry of consumer affairs – as the after sales service is not found any helpful at all.

Worst service by Axl
Kindly ignore to take Axl laptop.my laptop is not working within the warranty but Axl company not provide service to the customer they just ignore my mail or messages and Amazon also not helping us .pls stay away with Axl laptop. You will not get any service within the warranty or after warranty.they just ignore you like nothing happened you don’t exist
