Overall Descent for the price but Display is unbeareable!
I got 16Gb Variant at 38k. Most reviewers complained about the proc, and to get 7530U, but at 38K i could find a better laptop – for coding/student purposes, let me explain:(tldr; If you are really on a budget around ₹35k, go for it, not a bad deal at all. But if you can stretch up to ₹45k, you will have better options. NOT for gaming though! THE DISPLAY IS THE BARE MINIMUM, don’t expect anything!)Pros:1. Build Quality. I had Lenovo Ideapad, so i know what is a bad build laptop, trust me 😛 (e.g. you need it to last at-least 4 years of you Eng. degree)2. Comes with Office 2021 (no piracy, no malware)3. Looks doesn’t matter much, but in hand, no one will say its only 38k worth!4. Attention to details – from camera shutter to rubber feet, loving it!Cons:1. DISPLAY. its the WORST DISPLAY you can get, can complain much though, at this price, but its horrible!2. no backlit keyboard. This probably could have been given3. the numpad in touchpad is a gimmick, it has no feedback, so definitely not for number crunching4. Matt body means finger magnet, little hard to maintain5. Fingerprint Scanner could have been added! Will post long term review later!

Not happy at all with my purchase
The laptop is disappointing. This is my second Asus laptop. I purchased it because the first one was very good but this one is poorThe first problem is faded colours of the display screen. The colours look washed out and the contrast is poor. I often find it difficult to see the cursor due to this. There is no control to improve the contrast, only brightness can be changed which is not issueThe laptop also refuses to start at times when the on/off button is pressed. Despite the battery being full it has started only after being connected to power in such situations. You have asked about fingerprint reader, but there is no finger print readerI would be happy if this piece was replaced
