Relief especially in rainy season: Updated review after 3 years of use
Writing review after using this product for a monthPros:1) Simple design, adequate capacity for up to 4-5 member family. Works well.Silent operation.2) Simple to operate, just turn the timer knob as per desired time and recommendations3) Flexibility of wall mount and floor mount4) Although company sends installation technician to provide demo and install exhaust shoot, it’s very easy to do on your own. But technician, puts warranty remarks on warranty card so leave this installation job to company5) Did not burn, shrink any clothes cotton or synthetics6) Long warranty period7) Due to simplified design, I believe repairs if any should be easy and cheap8) Machine stops immediately if door is opened in between cycle9) Thermal cut off is also useful safety featureCons:1) Too simple construction. Could benefit by having humidity sensor based operation control to reduce cycle time and reduce cost of operation2) Mechanical timer based operation and is grossly inaccurate. If I set it to 40 mark, unit almost runs for hour.3) A lot of lint gets accumulated in filter. Actually it is not clothes lint,. It is lint sucked in from surrounding when unit pulls air inside. There is no air filter I believe at air inlet. It gives apparent feeling that clothes had a lot of lintOther comments:1) Electricity bill increased by about Rs.400 over a month for daily use for 1-1.5 hours2) White color is cheaper by Rs.1K3) After every couple of drying cycles lint filter must be cleaned4) Marketing badges on unit are reversible for upside down installation on wall5) Stainless steel drum is of good quality and thickness6) Machine restarts from where left after power cutoff as timer stops functioning on power cut off7) Timer knob MUST be operated in clockwise direction only.Update after using about 3 years:1) I still find it useful product.2) As long as one does not load the machine with too many clothes than it’s capacity, the results are consistent3) I still feel that there should be accurate timer upgrade and digital control with humidity sensor that company should add to this product. Also, should use BLDC motor and not universal motor they use now.4) I have already paid amount equivalent to the machine cost in last three years to electricity board. That is cost of convenience one pays in owing any dryer (not just this).5) Almost every cycle lint filter is needed to be cleaned, feels boring at time but if not done, the machine will not give good results as it blocks air flow, so have to do it anyway.6) I feel some thin cotton shirts shrunk in size over a period of time. One has to understand that when used in mixed mode or cotton mode, the machine runs heater almost the entire duration of cycle probably that in long term causes shrinkage.7) Due to overloading of clothes I guess (due to lack of knowledge) drum’s spacers were damaged in first year only but later when I started using less load, machine ran flawlessly so far.

Used and damaged product
I received the product on time â¦. But it is used and damaged. Bend at the bottom, black spots at the back side due to used and heated, broken door lock.I donât understand if the deler wants to deliver the used product then canât they checked once and replace the broken items ?When delivery boy came, then I ask him to wait till I check everything⦠but he said itâs not required as if something wrong then he is only one who will come back to bring for replacement and itâs my bed that I exchange the OTP without verification in front of him.I am not sure about the product output as I have not used⦠so I can not comment on the performance of the product.My suggestion to every buyer ⦠donât make a mistake like me to check and verify the product at the time of delivery. Please check each and every very components along with the assesories given with the product â¦In my case the door lock in very tiny plastic pice which is damaged and door can not be closed â¦. Itâs a minor thing but when you are paying some thing then we diserve working product â¦.I am not complaining about the dent at the bottom and the black spots due to the heated and used product ⦠as all products are having some life and going to be damage at one place â¦.My only complain is â¦. Why why and why the deler is not checking the product before the delivery and why consumer has to suffer ?I brought this product from Amazon online because on shop it was deficult â¦. Now I am thinking ⦠I will not buy the online products â¦.I am frustratedâ¦. If there is option of giving start in negative retting then this delivery suppose to went in the negative ratting

Dryer is very useful especially during monsoon. And itâs doing its job well. Itâll be too early to share feedback on electricity consumption as I bought it 15 days back. Just one feedback that delivery was not appropriate as first delivery had 2 major dents on the body and 2nd also had 2 minor dent issue in the body at the bottom. But I didnât return it to avoid unnecessary issue and bothering for self. Otherwise satisfied with it.

Boon in the Monsoon
Having guests or is your flat full of dripping clothes in the monsoons? No worries ! This device is God sent to have the clothes bone dry in 2 hours after spin drying it in your washing machine. The delivery was done by IFB distributor though ordered on Amazon bang on schedule and the service man was in touch with me even before Amazon delivered it. A simple phone call from them and through OTP they registered me as Owner on line. This organization has all its processes streamlined. The product quality and exterior finish, packaging all full marks. Best Wishes to IFB.

Good product
The dryer performance is good, the cloths are getting dry in around 60 mins, however the installation was delayed by a week as I had requested for wall mount and they charged me 800rs additionally for wall mount installation. This was not clearly mentioned in the product description
