The product quality is awesome, noise is very less after using for 15 days, the installation was done on the next day of delivery. Appearance wise product looks good as I have purchased white colour it looks nice. After wash there in very less wrinkles. The drum size is sufficient for 6 member family. It is made up of steel.

Product is Good. Installation support and their conditions are really disgusting
The service personnel arrives and tells that water softener device that we were using with our previous machine cannot be used just because it’s not supplied by Whirlpool(the product is exactly the same to what I already had). Had to shed 2k for that. Also for tub cleaning he say we have to buy only their cleaner inorder to ensure we can claim their warranty. Totally absurd claim from the company.. they must pester their customers with products. Request Whirlpool to look into better alternative to get their auxiliary products sold rather than forcing their trusted customers to buy it with false claims.

Service was horrible..
Pressure sensor was faulty which was replaced 1 month later ! I was a big fan of whirlpool but after my fridge disaster I dared to order washing machine same brand but disappointed again !! Service is no longer available actively!!
