Great performance

Hitachi India’s incompetence and fraudulent practices have left me utterly frustrated with their inverter AC. Since purchasing the unit, I have encountered nothing but problems, starting a mere three months after installation. Hitachi’s customer service is either grossly incompetent or deliberately deceptive.I have filed over half a dozen complaints, each met with a different excuse. Initially, they claimed the compressor needed replacement and the gas required refilling, which is absurd for a unit that’s barely a year old. Two months later, the AC stopped working again, and this time, their agent had the audacity to tell me that the previous associate forgot to fill the gas, despite billing me for the service. The Hitachi associate then proceeded to fill the gas, claiming it would last for years, but unsurprisingly, the AC has stopped working once more, with the compressor apparently failing.It has been nearly a month since I filed my latest complaint (ID: 24041803987), and I am still awaiting a response. Dealing with Hitachi is an excruciating experience that no customer should have to endure. One must either have a high tolerance for pain or an abundance of time to waste on their inefficient and deceptive customer service.Hitachi’s products and after-sales support are a complete disaster. Their lack of accountability and transparent communication is appalling. I strongly advise against purchasing any Hitachi products, as their quality and customer service are far below acceptable standards.

Good and reliable air conditioner in a good price
The AC is really worth the money, cooling capacity is great, looks minimal and elegant and energy savings is also as mentioned. I already had Acs from Hitachi and that’s the reason I went ahead with this one too and it stood to my expectation. The installing team was also quick and nice and Hitachi support too. You can go ahead and buy this product without second thoughts.

Hitachi The Real Japanese Quality
The build quality and function is way higher than any Indian AC Players. Super quick and quiet AC and it chills so nice. Just one thing that may be improved – Screen display on AC. Just notice the fan and its rotation. You will realise the difference between cheap ACs and a Hitachi in so many ways.

Defective ac , poor service by hitachi in repair
Amazon is not accepting return ,the pickup agents are malicious and dont easily call you they keep rejecting the pickup on every scheduled date like a scam , ac was defective and was not working tried to connect with hitachi so many times they are slow as a tortoise and there service agents are even more worse , never buy an ac from hitachi or amazonI am in process for a refund its been more than a month am stuck with a ac that does not work in this delhi heat. Worst experience of buying online

Cools the room perfectly in this weather. Also dehumidifies. Working fine till now. I haven’t faced any problem as of now.
