AC stopped working after a year, gas leaked!
First things first, the customer service is the worst. For every visit the technician pays at your home, he’ll charge around â¹500-â¹700.The technicians Godrej provides don’t have any technical expertise, they are the local street guys working part-time for the service stores.Don’t expect they will improve/repair the damaged machine, instead they can make it even worse.I’m really disappointed and from now onwards I’m not going to buy a single Godrej appliance and for those seeing this review, I’ll request you all as well to not to trust or buy any of the Godrej appliances.

I dont recommend if you have to use it 24*7
Not good product if it comes to the power consumption. As compared other brands it is taking 1.5 times units. Also Services are good but the spare parts are very costly. It is almost 1.5 times than other brands. So If you will need extra spares during installation then the installation cost spikes .

Consumers don’t go with Godrej appliances. My AC is not working since the day of installation it doesn’t cool at all multiple service request raised no support till now it’s been 105 days till now .
