Exceptional Product and Outstanding Service from Samsung and Amazon
I recently purchased the Samsung 653 L, 3 Star, Frost Free, Double Door, Convertible 5-in-1 Digital Inverter, Side By Side refrigerator from Amazon.in, and I am beyond impressed with both the product and the service.The refrigerator itself is an absolute marvel. Its spacious design, efficient frost-free technology, and versatile 5-in-1 convertible feature have made it an indispensable addition to our kitchen. The digital inverter technology ensures energy efficiency and quiet operation, making it perfect for our household needs.However, what truly set this experience apart was the exemplary customer service. The fridge was delivered with a slight dent on the door, which was understandably disappointing. But to my surprise, the service technician from Samsung, Farman, noticed the damage during installation and proactively escalated the issue to customer service. Within three days, without any need for follow-up from our end, we had a brand new door replacement.This swift and efficient resolution has reinforced our faith in online purchases, especially for large appliances. While damages in transit are sometimes inevitable, the manner in which Samsung and Amazon handled the situation was truly impressive. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase.Kudos to Samsung and Amazon for their outstanding product and remarkable service! Highly recommended!

This refrigerator is good
Review after 2 months. Refrigerator is working very good upto now.This refrigerator looks slim compared to LG ones. We have the features to turn off left or right side of fridge, and also can convert freezer to refrigerator. Good thing about this is for almost 2 weeks it keeps vegetable and fruits fresh. No noise at all it is quite. But they didn’t provide even egg tray.

Samsung double door fridge bought and till date working well. Storage space is sufficient, working with low noise. Also we can convert deep fridge to normal fridge with Samsung smart thing app.

Good quality product, but has a major design issue.
I likes the quality of the product, space and performance is good. But design is a failure , half the fridge can either be turned off, convert it to freezer or refrigerator. When we enable the freezer, the total half of the fridge turns into freezer , there by freezing every thing you keep in that side. They shud have provided an option to freeze only a small part of the fridge rather that converting around than 250ltrs into freezer. Who would use that much space to freeze items??

Good Product and Wrong product Description
I recently purchased the Samsung Side-by-Side Door Refrigerator for approximately 63k, taking advantage of both bank and instant offers. This purchase proved to be a great value for money, especially considering that the same model in physical showrooms is priced around 93k. Despite different model numbers for online and offline versions, they are 99.99% identical. The only notable difference is that the online model includes an ice tray but lacks an ice tray box, which is included with the offline model. Therefore, don’t be surprised if the product description on Amazon differs slightly from what you see in showrooms.Why I Didn’t Choose the Water/Ice Dispenser Model:I opted not to go for the water/ice dispenser model for several reasons:Maintenance:The water/ice dispenser model requires higher maintenance.Capacity: It has a water capacity of just 4.5 liters, and using the dispenser reduces the freezer capacity by approximately 20 liters.Cost:The model with the water/ice dispenser costs an additional 30k, which isn’t justified by the reduction in capacity and the higher maintenance requirements.Glass Door Option: Not Worth the Extra CostSimilarly, the model with a glass door is essentially the same except for the door material, which adds another 30k to the price. The extra cost for the glass door did not seem worth it to me.**The 5-in-1 Convertible Feature**One of the standout features of this refrigerator is the 5-in-1 convertible function. However, it’s important to note that a complete conversion from freezer to fridge or vice versa takes about 6 to 8 hours, according to the Samsung technician.*SmartThings App and Energy Consumption*The SmartThings app is a handy tool that shows power consumption. With just a few items in the fridge/freezer, it consumes approximately 1.34 kWh per day. You can use this information to calculate your electricity usage based on your local rates.*Final Thoughts*Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This refrigerator offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to the prices in physical showrooms. The lack of an ice tray box in the online model is a minor inconvenience, and the higher-priced models with additional features like a water/ice dispenser or glass door did not seem to provide enough added value for the extra cost. The 5-in-1 convertible feature and energy monitoring through the SmartThings app are valuable additions that enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of this refrigerator.
