Disappointing Experience: Poor Installation and Unresponsive Service from Hitachi
We bought the AC with high expectations, and we paid an additional â¹7000 for 2 A/Cs installation. Unfortunately, it was not installed properly. To make matters worse, just three weeks later, the gas inexplicably leaked from the cylinder, leaving the AC non-functional.We promptly requested for Re-install under the warranty, hoping for a swift resolution. However, it took 2-3 weeks for two technicians to finally arrive. Upon inspection, they informed us that the gas leak occurred due to improper installation, specifically pointing out that the fan was not positioned correctly. Their solution? Reinstall the unit properly, but at our own expense, essentially paying the installation cost all over again.Adding to our frustration, when we asked the technicians to wait while we considered our options, they simply left without any notice. Since then, there has been no follow-up, and no one is responding to our queries.This experience has left us deeply frustrated and disappointed, both with the quality of the product and the lack of professionalism in the service. I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing this product and using the installation service offered by Hitachi.

Hitachi ACâs are best in build quality and cooling efficiency. Also this product has compact size of both indoor and outdoor unit. When temperature is around 42-47* it can cool your room at 22-23. So itâs a value for money product at this cost with card offer of 3500 and coupons. Itâll give you best performance against its competitors like Lloyd, LG, Godrej and Bluestar. Also it has low noise. You can undoubtedly trust on its performance.

I would give it minus rating if I could. First of all after delivery no one showed up for installation for about a week. When the box was opened the Product came with defect which was fixed in about a week. It worked for about 15 days and broke down again and couldnât be started. Second breakdown in first month of purchase and no support from Amazon or hitachi for 5 days. Technician visited after 5 days and gave solution which was again good for a week and it broke down again and started throwing air straight from volcano and still no solution provided, I am expecting it to work once the summer gets over.There was very very poor service and support from Hitachi and I will never purchase hitachi product ever.What made it worst was worlds biggest e-commerce giant Amazon didnât provide any support either rather kept on giving excuses ie contact brand and kept on connecting me to different executives who would ask same question again and again.Buying product from Amazon was big mistake, it feels like I paid for ruining my own happiness this summer. Almost about 2 months since my purchase and still fighting for a mere AC to work.
