Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased this washing machine with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a headache. First of all, it arrived damaged, with dents and scratches all over the exterior. Not a great start. Then, when I finally got it set up and tried to use it, I encountered multiple issues with the functionality.The machine is incredibly noisy, sounding like a jet engine taking off every time it runs. It’s so loud that I can’t even have a conversation in the same room while it’s running. And despite its deafening noise, it doesn’t even clean clothes properly. I’ve had to rewash loads multiple times just to get them somewhat clean.To make matters worse, the control panel is confusing and poorly designed. It’s not intuitive at all, and I find myself constantly referring back to the manual just to figure out how to start a basic wash cycle. And even when I do manage to get it started, the cycle times are ridiculously long. Who has time to wait three hours for a load of laundry to finish?Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this washing machine. It’s loud, inefficient, and poorly designed. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable appliance.

Disappointing Delivery Experience and Unfair Charges by vendor while exchanging the old product
Unfortunately, the delivery experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery personnel arrived promptly, but the whole process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal.Upon delivery, they informed me that the old washing machine I wanted to exchange was not in good condition, and they demanded an extra payment of 1500 rs in cash. Despite my willingness to make the payment, I requested a receipt as proof of transaction, which they outright refused to provide. This lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy and unsure about the legitimacy of the additional charge.Furthermore, the delivery team proceeded to install the new machine while taking away the old one, leaving me with no option to reconsider the transaction. Their insistence that I would be liable for the full price of 4500 rs if the old machine was rejected during their inspection seemed completely unfair, as I had already paid for the exchange service.As a customer, I expected a more professional and transparent service from third party vendor. Unfortunately, the entire process left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am deeply disappointed with this delivery experience. Moreover he asked me to open the delivery page and rated 5 star on the delivery page by himself. Now I cannot edit that rating.I promptly contacted Amazon’s customer service to address my concerns, and the agent told me not to pay any extra amount to the delivery person whenever he calls me. Then after 5-6 hours after they picked up the machine, I got a call from the third party vendor supervisor that the issue was resolved, you do not need to pay any extra money.

Itâs bit surprising that there is no time duration indicator on this washing machine..!! Itâs big no for me but we have only replacement option. And only detergent compartment available , no separate compartment for comfort or freshener

Must buy but beware of installation service
I received this product on Sunday early morning. I was hoping that the technician will come to install it on Sunday itself, but nobody came. I waited whole day on monday still no progress. Tuesday at 5 PM i got frustrated and i understood why people are complaining about the installation and service provided by IFB. I m confused whether i should regret buying this washing machine or not. I got it installed by some electrician and i had to pay for the installation as well because i couldn’t believe on the IFB service and technician. Anyway. The washing machine is working amazing. However if you can install it by yourself or pay for installation by some technician than go for it. Or else go with Samsung they provide superb customer service as compared to any other.Washing machine doesn’t make noiseIt doesn’t jumpIt washes clothes very wellIt consumes less water as compared to the top load.
