Compressor stopped working after 6 months and in 3 years itâs the second time compressor replaced
-5 star would be appropriateI have the worst experience with this product. Initially it was working fine but after few months there is no cooling. When technician visited he told us to replace compressor ( they didnât charge for it though) but after 2.5 years later same issue and this time also compressor replacement suggested. We had an old fridge which use to run for years without any issue at least compressors was good. But from a brand like Godrej this kind of faulty product not expected. It seems refrigerators are well above their level. Please stop production for god sake.

Product is ok but the packaging is unreliable hence multiple replacement due to damage
The fridge itself is good and no complaints for Godrej but the packaging is unreliable and the fridge will arrive damaged most of the time. I received damaged fridge 2 times after which I gave up. Amazon is not owning is issue as well and they have just one solution that they will refund the money which doesn’t solve the base problem that I like this Godrej model and I have invested weeks for it delivery and redelivery. There is no compensation for the same and they would take no ownership of the same. Very disappointed with the after sales support provided by Amazon.
