Never buy from online store
My experience is so disgusting ,We had ordered for a premium Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 Intel 12th Gen i7 EvoTM 33.78 cm (13.3″) Touchscreen for Rs One lakh seven thousand on 16.12.2023 .While powering on we felt some issue on the touch screen (Ghost Touch) and we reported Amazon for replacement or refund. Since Amazon donât have another unit ,they guided me to register the call with Samsung toll free number through amazon portal. Very next day ,we had registered the call with Samsung and had received a service reference number 2400446610.The technical person had connected to my laptop remotely and finally informed that it is a technical error and need a replacement and guided me to handover the laptop to the local Samsung service center in Trivandrum. We had delivered the laptop to the service Centre.Almost 25 days left and we had not yet received any replacement or refund.Now I had lost my one lakh rupee and even the laptop.Will never ever buy anything from Amazon!!!!

Just awesome product from samsung
I have been using this laptop for the past 2 weeks and the laptop is just super fast and super smooth. There is gonne be initial heating and fan sounds as the lap is setting itself up, but after that its just real smooth. There are gonna be occasional heating if u use for high cpu utelizing process for long bt otherwise its always cool.Overall an awesome laptop, really lightweight best in class for IT professionals as well as students

Take experience from other experiences
 I saw some people had complained about ghost touches but I thought there could be a problem with specific unit. I saw this product fitted to my requirement so I bought it. When I opened the unit same ghost touches were there. Same time I registered a complaint and engineer visit was schedule for next day from 10AM to 2PM. When engineer didn’t visit I call Amazon customer care they said no one will visit, you’ll have to take the unit to Samsung service center they will inspect the product and replace the product, it will take 10-20 days. Later late evening I got a call from engineer, he didn’t visit but said whatever I want either replacement or refund he’ll do that instantly just give him the OTP that I had received. I got a notification that I have denied for the visit. I tried to complain about this but there was no option for that. Till date worse experience from Amazon. If I would had bought from an offline store they had replace it same time.

Galaxy BOOK 2 PRO 360 – 13.3, i7 – The laptop looks amazingly good and sleek.15 days review -The initial first few days, laptop was getting very very hot and I was about to return it, however after all the updates and configurations atleast now I am satisfied with the performance and results.The temperature is not shooting up like very hot, but mildly warm upon opening multiple apps with no performance degradation at all.The battery backup is not what has been claimed for. It will give you only 4-5hrs on decent usage with mix of browsing, office applications, videos.Good for portability because of its ultra light weight, hinges look strong and durable.Touch response is great, screen quality and resolution is amazing for any content you watch. However would have loved 120hz refresh rate. (unfortunately it’s just 60hz,though you are not going to notice much difference).Overall I would suggest it for normal office /study purpose and travel.Not sure on heavy video rendering apps, 4k video edits, Cad, photoshop etc. Haven’t tested yet but suggest to configure additional virtual memory for atleast 16-32GB if you want to perform memory intensive tasks.It’s overall a decent laptop at a price of 114000/-

Regret buying this
Throttles like crazy and is even slower than my i5 9th gen Laptop. 60 Hertz is really choppy. Battery life is poor. It’s nothing like advertised. Complete waste of money. Moreover, if S pen breaks or wears out, replacement tips are not available anywhere online.

Highly disappointed with this! Not at all what samsung offers..It heats a lot and Touch freezes not worth 1lakhs i think

Great performance so far, it’s not given me any trouble. Display is gorgeous, audio quality is great, and performance is very snappy.
