Not worth the Money
I bought this model from Acer Store, writing a review here to let people know my experience.General Observations:Fans are too loud and starts running and making noise even at normal load on the system.Speakers are worthless, loudness is not upto the mark and quality is also not very good. Whenever I watch videos and movies, even in a silent room, I feel that speaker needs to be a little more louder.Display quality is very good. Love it.Performance is good but as smooth as you would expect from latest processor and such good configuration.Real-life experience with the device:I bought the laptop from Acer Store, and I notices weird issue. It’s keyboard stopped working intermittently. Even the power button would not work and closing the lid would do nothing. Screen stays on even if you close the lid which doesn’t happen normally. I complained with acer, but they were not very responsive. A complaint was raised with service center but no one visited and service center closes the complaint. I faced the issues with the laptop about 3-4 times in 7 days. Finally after two weeks and numerous complaints, a person from service center came and REINSTALLED windows. But the issue cane back again the same day. Then I got DOA letter from service center and my laptop was replaced by the service center. New laptop worked fine, until I faced the same issue again on the new laptop after 20 days of usage. In 30 days of usage, I have faced the issue 3 times on the replaced laptop as well. I don’t have the energy and patience complaint and follow-up again nd again with acer to get the replacement. So I am keeping the device.I don’t do any gaming. Laptop is performing so bad during normal office work only.
