A Decent budget laptop
Herobook Pro plus intel celeron n4020c , 8Gb RAM , 256Gb SSD for under 20K is a decent laptop for everyday web browsing , excel/word editing , light photo/video edting etc. laptop has nice wide spaced keys keyboard , decent large trackpad , made of sturdy plastic body which is solid to hold , 14.1 inch 16:9 ratio lcd display which is crisp. It is 1.4kg in weight so easy to carry around, Around 6 hours of battery life for normal web browsing , video playing ,Coming to some cons , since laptop Processor is of budget type dont expect faster responce in WIndows 11 but its responsive enough for everyday web browsing and light loads, not designed for heavy multitasking, boot time is around 10-12 secs , Go for 8 GB RAM variant of this Chewi laptop as WIndows 11 itself takes around 3.5 GB RAM without any applications open . The Power adapter port is located between USB and mini-hdmi port which may interfere with certain display cable size because of the way its designed. You may install Linux on this for more responsive OS.Another quirk i have noticed is that if you use external USB EFI boot device for booting into say linux this laptops BIOS does not detect it immediately , rather it boots into WIndows and then when restared again by restarting WIndows 11 it detects the USB drive and attempts to boot from it.Otherwise this is a decent budget laptop for everyday use.

Please donât purchase this product. After purchase due to some medical emergency I have not tested and I loose return request. Jeys are very hard., No smooth touch., poor sound quality, Poor picture quality, No Battery life.. No suitable of Gaming overall quality is not at all acceptable

Performs well in all situations.
This laptop is the most value-for-money in the segment. Office work like browsing, document editing and even watching videos is easily handled by the PC.Display is beautiful and gives a grand feel. Keyboard and touchpad is also really good and responsive… Touchpad features the latest gestures. Great after-sales service too from Chuwi. The staff are very open and they want to listen to your honest feedback about your experience.Overall, a superb product at a VERY modest price.

Ms office to be installed.
Laptop is good for normal office working and Web blowing. Nice in all respects but few basic things are required for uploading. Ms office is not pre loaded. It should be loaded.

Issue with faulty charger, fast depleting battery, overheating of machine.
It is difficult to rate this product. The charger of the laptop was defective. The replacement process was quick and hassle-free. However, even the replaced item also has the same problem. Charger was dead, battery was very fast depleting, machine was excessively overheating. Had to return the Product and ask for refund. Although the laptop was light in weight and easy to carry, good look, low price, etc., it was of no use to me.

Bad quality – it’s processor cache memory is to law. When you open system setting, install high browser in large quantity its is to slow or hang. When you doing 6 to 7 task it’s processor Show 100 percent. That’s means processor memory is full. Next task stop.Good quality – battery is good 7 hr conform when you doing internet on it. Internet browsing very fast with Wi-Fi connection. Best for trading. Pictures quality is good. 4k support is good. Very stylish. Keyboard is very comfortable if you use for basic work use it’s. 8 GB ram 256 ssd. Is good. If your budget is 17000 to 19000 go for it. Because no one company provides this facility in this price range

It’s good according to the cost . Little slow but then i think if someone just wants to use normal for mails and browsing then it works. It heats too fast so not recommended for long use and heavy usage for games and download .

Firstly the 1 good thing was the shipping time. Can’t beat next day arrival. But everything past the box making it’s way to and inside of my home.. ZERO stars.Not sure where to start, it does not have the advertised GBs of RAM installed on it, nit expandable, the professor is also not as advertised, this thing doesn’t even have enough computing power to accept my admin user password to unlock the screen in less than 2 minutes. Yes, 2 minutes I timed it lol it doesn’t sound like a long time until you actually witness it after having used at what I at the very least considered a machine built with the lower end of decent components prior to needing a replacement. This is just a joke in all honesty, nothing runs, loads or launches within a reasonable amount of time, if it does at all before timing out. What am I supposed to to with this thing? I am not even over exaggerating when I say that 75% if the time, it runs so slow to simply accept my unlock password that it misses a keystroke or 2, so not only does it lag to the point of nearly useless, but then after all that waiting, I get the password is incorrect prompt and have to start over. There’s no way in hell I can install and run Microsoft Office for work on this. I couldn’t even successfully complete a GOPUFF.com delivery order on the browser. I got so frustrated that I switched to my mobile to get it done. What sucks the most is I took my time comparing several machines before I placed my order because I was on an unfriendly budget to begin with and wanted to get as much bang for my sad little buck as possible, but how can I properly do a product comparison before hand when the specs I’m using to make my decision aren’t even reliable. This is a disappointment coming from an Amazon purchase. I could understand if I had gotten something from a small person account on ebay it let go or something only to find out the hardware is not as advertised but not when I order off Amazon ð I’ve given myself 2 – 3 weeks to try acclimating to this things speed and ability and it’s Just not possible SMH I’m curious to see how much of a hassle a refund will end up being if I can even hope to get some help. Wish me luck and make your own luck by buying something else lolUPDATE: later the same day as the above review.. 03/31/24 I’ve added a picture of the top, right corner of the keyboard because I’ve just discovered several of those keys don’t even work!!The Insert/F11, PartSc/F12, -/_, +/=, backspace, HOME, End, PgUp, /, [ and ] do NOTHING.
