After 4 month no display
I purchased the hp on April 2024, but after 4 month there was no display, the hp technician told me that ram was fault , and to our surprise this ram was not a hp product as there was no CT no on it, I want to know how a local ram was instaled in a brand new hp ryzen laptop, the hp should investigate about it as the seller who sold the hp product did the malpractice of installing a local ram subsequently defaming the hp company….it was sold by Appario retail private ltd, disgusting

Display Screen
 The overall quality of the product is good, but the display quality is very poor. After a month, the screen began having blurry images and flickering. After many follow-ups, the HP team resolved the issue, but the same problem keeps recurring. Finally, they did a system reset. Now, I can see the screen, but not as clearly as I expected.
