Not a good product
We bought it in jan 2023 and april,2024 its display needs replacement. It’s just been a year and there was no damage or anything but tech is saying that LED’s display is quite sensitive. I have seen people having Sony’s led but no complaints and its been 8 years. I heard mixed reviews of samsung and never bought any Samsung product. But thought its famous so i can give try but won’t recommend. Company is replacing the display for free but i have to pay transport charges which is around 1000 rs.

I purchased samsung LED Tv on 2nd October 2022 and with in 9 months the display is not working. So, I complained on 21 july 2023 and I got message from samsung service centre that you part has been received on 22 july 2023 and it will be installed by the evening. Unfortunately, they said they will install it sunday or monday then, again they said sunday is our off and on monday they said our commercial van works on tuesday which means 24 july 2023. Then, our area head said it will be installed on 24 july 2023 but again they are said today our commercial van is not working we will try to install on Wednesday.The service of Samsung is worst i suggest not to purchase anything from samsung.

 I bought Samsung au7600 55 inch smart uhd 4k tv. Picture quality is very good ð. And sound quality also good.

No option for voice assistant in this model. Not able use this command.. Doest it support or not?.. Hope someone answers
