If you’re thinking about buying a Samsung laptop, think againâno, think ten times. My experience has been terrible due to its poor build quality. The hinge on my laptop broke without any physical damage, showing a serious flaw that Samsung ignores.This problem is not just annoying; it can cause many issues. Making things worse, Samsung’s service centers are hard to find, and repair costs are very high.I strongly suggest looking at other brands like HP, Dell, ASUS, or Lenovo. False marketing
They showed that it has backlit keyboard but it didn’t had any. Moreover there is no return, after I inquired they told me a big process so in the end I had to continue using this only as I don’t have that much time.
