Right choice & On Time Delivery
I ordered this device because there was an issue in signal reception of another Samsung A series device. Got the A15 5G and it was able to get the signal reception and the phone is superb. Packing was sealed well and delivered very professionally by the Amazon delivery person.

Too many hanging problems from day one
Very bad experience with this phone. I Purchased this phone on 30.03.2024. And from next day it was hanging badly. And This was the condition when there was there was no extra data in the phone. After 02 days I had gone to customer service centre for this. They told me that in this mobile there is some software problem and they are getting many complaint from customers. I had told them to replace the phone but they denied that there is no return policy for software problem and mobile phone can be replacewhen there is hardware problem. After updating software from service center When I asked if there is still hangs problem they told me that i have to go to them again.So I have to say that if anyone want to purchase this phone then be ready to feel like you are robbed.If you are planning to buy this phone then i suggest to purchase other company or other mobile set.This was the worst purchase deal for me
