Many Keyboard keys are not working
 Many Keyboard keys are not working, very difficult to find service centre, one service centre that we founded were their team said keep laptop here for repair or other option is that We pack laptop and contact Amazon customer care for replacement.Both options were difficult because we wanted to use the device so we chose the third option which was on site service, now we are still waiting for keyboard replacement.Very slow service
