Below are my personal views1) Delivery and Installation was on time as committed2) NU Customer care was constantly in touch post delivery till now3) Build Quality is up to the mark and looks Elegant. One can hardly feel the Bazzel4) Remote control is Sleek and having minimum buttons with short cust keys and No confusions5) Picture clarity is just Fantastic and mind blowing. Every detailing can be seen6) Colour classification and sharpness is just awesome7) You will feel Sound is not enough if you are used to Soundbar. Else, the sound output is decent.8) If you have a Soundbar then be rest assured that you can feel Cinema Theatre inside your house with the picture quality and detailsLastly, I have realised now that ONE NEED NOT SPEND HIGH COST TO BUY GOOD PRODUCTS. Really nice TV for the price
First up – the TV is everything it is advertised to be. Very good panel. Good sound quality as well. No lags while using the TV or the remote. Very very satisfied with the purchase.WebOS — this is really cool to use. The remote functions like a mouse pointer. Will take some getting used to, but is already a better than typing using any other onscreen keyboard using the 4 arrow keys.Some apps need more finetuning. Hotstar, for example, needs more work on it. The UI of the app is not the best on the WebOS platform.Most other apps work well.

Best TV within this price segment
I was skeptical and doubtful to purchase this TV specially seeing the features within this price bracket. After continuous close look for at least 4months have seen the review even improved from 4.5 to 4.7, hence purchased still keeping with some hesitations. Before that I went to some showroom if I could get a better deal. Lastly got this with an amazing price amidst Amazon Sale. Now I am really surprised to see the picture and sound quality. It is as good as a big brand TV. Havenât found any Cons so far after using couple of days. Attached snap is not viewed in 4k, still so crisp and clear. TV is user friendly and less lag. If the company is able to give prompt service, they will be troublesome for many BIG brands I believe. Yes Thanks to AMAZON to introduce such small brand in your reputed market place. Thanks and Kudos NU for your great future ahead.
