   Absolute Anti-Glare TV – Go for it if you need one!
   I had read hundreds and thousands of Customer product review for an informed purchase decisions. Now, it is my turn to give back the honest review to community.I had wanted a glare-free TV for my brightly lit Room, and there were only two options in the market. The other one is pricey, has only 1 year warranty so I opted for the Newly launched Acer TV 65 inch W series which has Super Anti-glare Screen and 3 year onsite comprehensive warranty.After initial glitch in getting installing TV, finally the support and service team of Acer did a wonderful job and now I am enjoying TV in Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos on stunning Anti-Glare screen that too with superb picture clarity & quality.Exactly as I had wanted.—Update-After using well above 1 week, here is my long-term use review:Pros:1 – Anti-glare screen. Though its screen coating is not at par with that of Samsung Frame which has Matt screen, still, there is no other TV at this price having Antiglare Screen.2 – Display – with Dolby Vision, its display is bright and stunning.Cons:1 – Average Sound quality. You need a good Sound Bar or external 5.1 Audio system to enjoy this beast at its fullest. 2 – TV OS is quite slow and sluggish. Its system has 2 GB RAM and Quad core, whereas, since it is kind of ‘Flagship & high-end’ model, it must have 8 GB RAM and Octa core system.3 – TV display is VERY bright, perfect for bright room at day time. But at night you need to adjust picture for low light. There is no Auto brightness facility. It needs one.–Update – 2There is issue in using Apple TV streaming device with this unit – it does not work properly with Dolby Atmos content & External Sound bar with HDMI-eARC. However, it works well with FireTV 4K stick.

   Fab and Mind-blowing Purchase
    Tv is very good, i was confused to buy or not. But after delivery experience was very good.1. Video Clearity is great.2. Android features are also good.3. Design is slim and perfect.4. Audio is ok, you need add sound bar. But as per my experience, every led tv has okk okk sound quality.5. Worth for spent amount.You can go for it.

   Poor after sale services
    Initially after installation up to few days TV perform very well. Amazing picture quality, very good sound quality. But after 8 to 10 days usage screen starts flickering without any reason as shown in the video attached herewith. After registering complain on customer care for 21 days the problem not resolved by the brand. upon calling the CC every time I got to hear that the TV panel replacement request is pending for approval and they only escalate the issue to the concern team buy didn’t get any notification by mail or SMS. I asked to give details of that concern team or senior authorized person but they refuse to give. Even I don’t know how long it will take to resolve my issue or will it be resolved or not. Too much frustrated with the service.

   For 65 inch versionPros1.Matte display with no reflections enables to watch tv in any light condition with no reflections of light and background2.Sound is awesome with deep bass no need of external speaker3.Picture quality awesome with deep blacks and vivid colors4.Tv is slim and looks great when fitted5.Wall mount is awesome with tilt and expand feature6.Tv loads apps fast and boot time is ok tooCons1.No installation by acer even after buying from amazon installation teamNever contacted or called me there is no surety of installation be prepared to install it by third party by paying extra, in my case i self installed with a help of tv installer by paying extra, amazon should do something about this or refund the installation charges born by customer2. Android tv interface lacks features like sound equaliser and more settings3. Screen feels always too bright and vivid4.Magnet wall mounts didnt made any sense in my case, plus we recv only 2 magnets and the wall mount kit was suppose to have 4 magnets, tv is not hung on magnet but on a classy wallmount with sturdy screws wall mount is enough to enable wall hugging of the tv5.Motion sensor feature not that usefull and adaptive auto brightness feature is missing6.the notch below middle coming out has tv on off button and mic on off button it extrudes from the tv body in down middle area wish that was not there in the design7.only 60 hz screen at this price pointConclusionBought this on amazon primeday sale at special price so it is worthTv is awesome the matte finish and everything the clarity of screen great, the sound is loud with deep bass there is no need for extrernal speakerGo for it as there is very limited matte display tvs availableOverall i am Happy with my Purchase i hope rhe Acer guys do something about customer suport and installationThanks
