Defective piece sent by Acer
The company ACER seem to have sent us a defective piece. Within 10 days of usage, the display has gone off. Immediately, after contacting their service centre (poor communication by them here too), it was sent to them. The service centre has kept the laptop and ordered various parts and still the laptop seems to be defective. Now, they mention replacing motherboard. A brand new laptop can’t have these issues and their service centre can’t provide such poor service and troubleshooting. We have had enough. It is our request to ACER, if they still believe in giving a good customer experience, to either replace this piece or refund the entire amount.*Addition to review on 13.02.2024*Acer support has still not rectified this or diagnosed correctly for laptop sent to them on 24.01.2024. They have not bothered to respond even here on this review. Clearly, a defective piece was sent to us. We have sent their customer support a request to replace our laptop.

Good laptop
Good laptop for children but battery AH is less. Will last only for 2.5-3 Hrs. Rest is OK.

Worth the money
lowest priced i3 12th gen laptop. Other laptops are at least â¹5000 costlier. Screen, performance is good. Battery can last upto 5 hours depending on usage. If you are only using laptop for general use (browsing, music, movies) then it lasts for 5 hours for the first few months.It’s performance is quite good as it has SSD and i3 12th gen. i am able to run many games released till 2017. You may need to lower the settings to play them.
